Austin
Ranch
offers instant access to the area's major transportation arteries.
The
Dallas North Tollway, SH 121, I-35 and SH 190 are only minutes away,
putting the entire Metroplex and North Texas region close at hand.
The area surrounding Austin Ranch
already has over 200,000 high-tech workers, the greatest concentration
of
telecommunications talent in the world. Our neighbors include the
corporate offices of EDS, JCPenny, Frito-Lay, Ericcson, Computer
Associates, and Dr. Pepper to name a few.
Whether
you're a local firm of 100 employees or a national giant ten-thousand
strong, the sprawling landscapes and build-to-suit capabilities
of Austin Ranch contain over 700
acres for corporate campuses, and 200 acres for industrial business
parks and technological uses. There are also over 200,000 square
feet of retail space and 8,000 townhomes, lofts
and apartments existing, under construction or planned.

Sysco
Foods, Inc relocated
from 279,000 square feet in two buildings to
one facility at Austin Ranch. Houston-based Sysco
(NYSE: SYY), which has capitalized on America's
trend of eating out, is the largest food-service distributor in
North America. The company operates 125 distribution facilities
serving more than 356,000 restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals,
retirement homes and other locations where food is prepared and
served or
picked up to be eaten elsewhere.

"Moving
to Lewisville and Austin Ranch made sense because of the
easy access to
highway systems, the proximity to vendors and the available work
force, said Grubb & Ellis senior vice president Gary Lindsey,
who, along with Robert Fulford II, represented
Sysco for Grubb & Ellis.
