The Spencer House
Celebrating a Century of Texas History. The Spencer House is a historic 4,000-sq-ft home with spacious living areas, library, large kitchen and 4 private bedroom suites upstairs. In 2004, The Spencer House was saved from demolition, relocated to Austin Ranch and renovated to a modern guest house. The Spencer House is available for long- or short-term lease. The Moose Club
