Lucy Billingsley has spent her career in real estate, managing and developing a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial properties. She led the Dallas Market Center through three expansions to 7,000,000 feet and expanded Crow Design Centers in Houston and Boston to a total of 1,500,000 square feet.
Lucy and Henry Billingsley started Billingsley Company in 1978 to manage their growing industrial portfolio. In 1996, Lucy launched the office development, multi-family and single family divisions of Billingsley Company. In addition to Austin Ranch, Cypress Waters and the award-winning International Business Park, the company is also developing One Arts Plaza, the $125,000,000 state-of-the-art multi-use midrise anchoring the Eastern end of the Arts District in downtown Dallas.
Billingsley Company was recognized in 2002 and 2004 for design excellence in both their office and multi-family developments.
